"Elisa is the best meditation teacher I’ve ever had. She has a gift for discovering how to reach each person on an individual level. Her classes guided me through a difficult period in my life when things seemed overwhelming. To this day, I still use her five one-minute meditations for getting through
the holidays. She teaches a spiritual yet practical approach to mindfulness, grounded in simple lessons easy to incorporate into a busy daily schedule."
